
Can I bring my own snacks?
Yes! We know everyone has different eating schedules and diets so we allow you to bring snacks for your little ones. We also have grab-and-go snacks for purchase
What ages are allowed?
Our play areas are for 6 years and younger. All participants 10 months and older must pay for a play pass. 9 months and younger are welcome, but will need a play pass if they are not a sibling.
Do we need to take off our shoes?
Yes! Everyone must wear socks past the check-in counter. Children's socks must have grips. We have lockers with keys for all shoes, bags, coats, and belongings.
Do you allow walk-ins?
We recommend booking your play in advance. This will guarantee your spot so you can relax and feel comfortable and confident upon arrival. You may also call our front desk to check for open spots.

What type of payments do you accept?
We are a cash-free facility. We accept tap, swipe, and chipped cards.
I booked my play, but need to cancel. How can I do this?
If you booked in advanced and need to cancel please call us. 5 days in advanced may receive a full refund. If you call before your session we can move your session or credit your account. Cancellations after your session has begun will result in forfeiting your play.
Do you allow parties during Open Play?
We love celebrating birthdays. If it is your wild things birthday and you are coming in for an open play session please tell the front desk so we can make it special. However, We do not allow decorations, rearranging of the tables, or shared food if you have not booked the "chipmunk party"
Do adults need to pay for entry?
2 Adults/guardians will be free with each play ticket. Additional adults, older siblings, or sitters coming to experience an open play session with that child will need to purchase an extra adult ticket at the front desk
