Membership questions

Is membership per child?
Yes, memberships are per child — but we offer sibling and family discounts. Ask our team about pricing for multiple kids.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Monthly memberships are a 6-month commitment and can be canceled anytime after that. Ask about seasonal memberships if 6 months feels too long.
Do passes and memberships expire?
Punch passes never expire. Memberships renew monthly and stay active as long as you’d like.
Is there a re-entry limit?
Each visit is a single 2-hour session, so there is no re-entry.
How old does my child have to be?
Playful Pines is designed for children six and under. Siblings under 10 months are free; all other children require admission.
